Founded in 1962, the Korea National University of Transportation is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the small city of Chungju (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), North Chungcheong. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education of Korea, Korea National University of Transportation (KNUT) is a coeducational South Korean higher education institution.
