About

Jiangsu Vocational Institute of Commerce (JVIC), with a history spanning over 70 years, is dedicated to cultivating applied, interdisciplinary, and entrepreneurial talents in technical and business management. As a leading higher vocational college, it operates two main campuses: Jiangning Campus and Guanghua Campus. The Jiangning Campus, known for its expansive grounds and a building area of 400,000 square meters, embraces a “garden-style, ecological, and intelligent” design and features advanced educational facilities, offering students a modern and conducive learning environment. Hosting nearly 14,000 full-time students, JVIC aligns closely with key industries such as modern commercial circulation, health and elderly care services, financial and fintech services, cultural and creative industries, cultural tourism, and information technology services. The institute has established two national-level “Double High-Quality Plan” professional groups, two provincial-level high-level professional groups, and three school-level professional groups, encompassing disciplines in management, economics, and engineering. JVIC organizes its academic structure around professional clusters, forming specialized schools such as the School of Digital Commerce, School of Health, School of Accounting and Auditing, School of Digital Media and Art Design, School of Finance, School of Cultural Tourism, and School of Internet of Things and Intelligent Engineering. Additional educational institutions include the School of Physical Education, School of Marxism, Boya Holistic Education College, International Education College, and School of Continuing Education, totaling 12 teaching units.
