Founded in 1996, the CHA University is a private higher education institution located in the small city of Pocheon (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Gyeonggi. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education of Korea, CHA University (CHA) is a coeducational South Korean higher education institution.
