Chang'an University is located in Xi'an, a famous historical and cultural city. Chang'an University is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education, one of the first batch of "211 Project" key construction universities in China, one of the national "985 Advantage Discipline Innovation Platform" construction universities, and one of the national "double first-class" construction universities. It is a university jointly built by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development, and the People's Government of Shaanxi Province. It is also a high-level talent training in three major industries of transportation, land resources, and urban and rural construction in China An important base for high-level scientific research and high-quality social services.
